Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account in a way that bypasses normal individual use of the Service.

Subject to these Terms, Tour grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law;
• use the Service to violate law or third-party rights;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content;
• scrape, automate, or abuse the Service in a way that degrades platform integrity;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• upload malware or otherwise disrupt Service operation.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Tour may offer paid subscriptions (for example, Tour Plus). If you purchase through Apple In-App Purchase:

Payment and renewal:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management and cancellation:

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.
• You can also use: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Refunds:

• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
• You can request a refund via Apple support, including: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

Important:

• Deleting your Tour account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
• You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through Apple if you do not want renewal charges.

Pricing and tax:

• Subscription prices are shown in the app and/or App Store listing and may vary by region, currency, and applicable tax rules.

You can initiate account deletion in-app (Settings). When your deletion request is processed, we remove account data from core product systems, subject to legal/compliance retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• your use creates legal, security, or operational risk;
• required by law or regulatory request.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (for example, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

You may submit content (for example, links, feedback, profile information). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Tour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

You represent that you have rights necessary to submit content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Service, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, and related materials, is owned by Tour and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example, payment processors, map providers, analytics providers, content-processing providers). Tour is not responsible for third-party services’ independent terms or availability.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal data.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TOUR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Recommendations, rankings, map outputs, and content insights are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOUR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OPERATORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOUR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TOUR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
• USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tour, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your use or misuse of the Service;
• your content;
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Bangalore, India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

If you access the Service through an Apple device, you also acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and Tour, not Apple;
• Apple is not responsible for the Service and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service;
• to the extent required by applicable law, Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

Use of the Service may also be subject to Apple platform terms, including App Store and Apple Media Services terms.
